Tea Marinades Give Your Protein a Health Boost

According to researchers from the University of Porto, the green tea-based marinade reduced levels of heterocyclic amines by up to 75 percent. Heterocyclic amines, formed during the frying or grilling of fish and meat, are reported to promote carcinogenesis in humans.

These marinades will give you great health benefits without losing the fantastic taste of the protein you are using it with.  Beef is the recommended protein for tea marinades.
