Summer is here which means longer days and more time outside. It is very important to keep you and your kids skin protected from the sun in this warm weather.

Here are some helpful tips on skin protection for all:

  • Eat a diet in antioxidants like vegetables, fruits, super foods such as acai, coconut water, maca, and cacao.
  • use sun screens that contain green tea.
  • babies under six months should be kept our of direct sunlight.
