Keeping a healthy diet will always keep your body healthy. Targeting certain body parts with specific foods will boost your diet and health over the top. We are also discovering that some foods that may have been perceived as bad, can also be good.

A Few Match-ups…

  • Eyes: Egg yolks, yellow corn
  • Ovaries: Ice cream
  • Heart: Baked potato, prune juice
